No catch-phrase can accurately characterize the work of Tomato, the London-based design collective. "When we are doing what we do best," says a Tomato member "it's not about doing it for the client, it's not about business, it's about making the images." Since its inception, Tomato's work has touched every conceivable medium -- photography, film, music, print. The group has an international reputation and services such clients as Levi's, Pepsi, Sony and MTV, and also the architect Richard Rogers.

Process encompasses Tomato's output for the past five years. Inspired by sources ranging from Wittgenstein to Werner Herzog, from Franz Kline to Robert Rauschenberg, Tomato's work is about process, a state of creative flux among its ten members, the worlds of music and media. It is a manifesto for the future of design.
