She found the absurd in the ordinary, often subtle and without the chocking effects her surrealist colleagues constantly strived for. Although the images are from the first half of the 20th century many of them come across as remarkably contemporary. The exhibition is produced by Mjellby Art Museum in collaboration with the Lee Miller Archive in England. Exhibition: Mjellby Konstmuseum, Halmstad, 14.6-30.8.2009 ; Stenersen Museum, Oslo, 2010.
